I have been working with individuals, couples, families and groups for over 16 years as a teacher, case manager, skills trainer and counselor to help others learn to cope with these challenges and obstacles. I want to work with you to help you overcome struggles and live a tranquil life through learning new coping skills and having a safe place to explore both positive and negative life experiences.
