Jeffrey Lueders
Clinical Master Social Worker, MSW
Adults and children alike experience turbulence in life, whether that's issues with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral issues, or difficulties transitioning through a major change in our life. In therapy, we will identify what difficulties are in front of us and establish a plan that will help keep our unhelpful feelings in check and empower us to overcome these obstacles in life. Your needs are always the first priority and my approach is to tailor sessions to the unique needs of each person I see.
I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and play therapy to help clients adjust unhelpful thinking and develop healthy responses to the situations they face. I primarily work with young children but also accept teens and adults of all ages. I specialize in treating trauma of all intensities, child defiance/misbehavior, anxiety, depression, and clients with ADHD.
My goal is to foster a caring, inclusive, and healthy community and that starts on the individual level. Through therapy, I want individuals to achieve the best version of themselves that is confident, content, and proud of themself. When you are ready, I encourage you to reach out and we can start our journey towards creating our best self.
