Jennifer Moultrie
Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor, MA
You’re not broken, you are human. We all face moments that shake us: anxiety that won’t calm down, relationships that drain us, emotions that feel out of control, or a loss of motivation that makes everything feel heavy. Therapy isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. I work with real people who have real stories and real struggles, and I’m here to empower you to move forward, step by step, with purpose and strength.
I work with teens, adults, and families to navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, stress, relationships, and family conflict. I approach therapy with patience, warmth, and directness, using evidence-based techniques, primarily CBT along with methods from many other therapeutic approaches.
I am professional and friendly, while welcoming clients who want a faith-supportive approach, and affirming people of all beliefs. My sessions are confidential, judgment-free, and focused on helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered. If you are ready to take the next steps, I’m here.
