My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and understood—without judgment. Together, we’ll find practical tools and new perspectives that help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

My specialty is helping children, teens, and adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, and stress management. I offer a supportive space where we can work together to build focus, improve coping skills, and manage emotions in healthy ways. I use practical strategies, encouragement, and tools tailored to your unique needs so you can feel more confident.
