I work with children (ages 6–10), adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical tools. You may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or simply feeling stuck. My goal is to help you feel understood, in control of your behaviors, and confident in your ability to create the life you want.

By tailoring therapy to your unique needs, I specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches. In my work as a Counselor, my goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space to explore feelings of isolation, build self-esteem, manage stress, and strengthen relationships.
