Stacy Black
Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor, MS
I work with children, teens, adults, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, or life transitions. Parents often come feeling exhausted and wanting to better understand their child's behavior. I help clients identify what's beneath the surface, build healthy coping skills, improve communication, and create realistic, lasting change. Together, we'll focus on practical strategies that bring hope, confidence, and emotional growth.
I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and parenting support. Using CBT, person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and play therapy techniques, I help clients gain insight and build practical skills for everyday life.
Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whatever you're carrying, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. When you're ready, I'd be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
